If your vehicle is 3 years or older then you are required by law to have an annual safety check, commonly known as the car MOT Test. The purpose of the MOT test is to ensure the vehicle meets the minimum safety level required by law. We are an authorized VOSA (Vehicle and Operator Services Agency) centre and will conduct an inspection and a comprehensive series of checks. The inspection includes checking the interior, exterior, under the bonnet and under the vehicle. The result of inspections and checks will be recorded. If the vehicle passes we will issue a VT20 ‘pass’ certificate otherwise we identify the faulty parts and prepare the vehicle for MOT certification. There is a fix penalty for not having an up to date MOT certificate. Please contact us a few weeks before your MOT certificate expires.
